Is the standard website build really free?
Yes. The standard website build has no charge and carries no obligation to subscribe. An active paid plan is required for public launch, hosting, and ongoing care.
What counts as a small change?
A small change updates existing website content or presentation without adding a page, feature, integration, or workflow, or requiring a substantial redesign or significant custom development. Related edits submitted together count as one logical request. A recommendation itself does not use an allowance. We explain it and get your approval before making a change; approved work follows your plan's scope and allowance.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?
You can wait for the next monthly allowance or purchase an extra small change. Extra changes cost US$25–US$35 each, depending on the request. Unused monthly changes and included page allowances do not roll over. Larger or out-of-scope work is scoped separately, with a fixed-price quote before work begins.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrades normally take effect immediately; downgrades take effect with the next billing cycle. After you cancel, the site remains online through the paid service period unless you request an earlier shutdown. New change requests stop when cancellation is confirmed, and service ends after that period. Cancellation alone does not automatically transfer website source-code ownership. If your account is in good standing, you may request a transfer for separate evaluation.
What counts as a standard page?
A standard page is a normal content page built with your existing website structure, design, and capabilities, such as a service or informational page. Complex landing pages, custom workflows, applications, calculators, integrations, and similar work are handled separately.
